Child safety standards
Mosaico does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards apply to the whole app, and above all to photos published to Community.
Our standards
- Content that sexualises, endangers or exploits children is forbidden, and so is any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Photos in which a child can be identified are not allowed in Community.
- Every photo published to Community is checked automatically, including against lists of known abuse material. Doubtful photos are held back until a person has reviewed them.
- Accounts that break these rules are closed at once. Confirmed abuse material is reported to the competent authorities, such as NCMEC and the national police.
- Mosaico is for people aged 13 and over. Publishing photos requires an age of at least 16.
How to report
- In the app: open the photo and choose Report. You do not need an account.
- By email, also if you do not use Mosaico: support@mosaicopuzzle.app. Please do not send the material itself; tell us where you saw it.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number or the police first.
