Delete your Mosaico account
You can delete your Mosaico account at any time: in the app under Settings > Delete account, or here, without the app. This page is for the app “Mosaico: Photo Puzzles” by Marius Jurca on Google Play.
If you signed in with Google or email
Sign in here the same way you do in Mosaico: with the same Google account, or with your email address and a one-time link. We then show you what will be deleted and ask you to confirm. Only you can sign in with your account, so nobody can delete someone else’s.

What is deleted
- Your account: the sign-in id, email address, nickname, avatar choice and your answer to whether you are 16 or older (we never keep your birth year).
- Your published photos. They disappear from public view immediately.
- Your game data on our servers: progress, coins, stars, streak, leaderboard times, likes, follows, statistics and Curator status.
- The links between your account and your purchase records.
- Your Mosaico friends: your friend code, your friends list (you are also removed from your friends’ lists), friend requests, blocks, and the puzzle cards you sent to friends, which we hold for at most 30 days.
How long it takes
Everything listed above is deleted within 30 days. You see a confirmation on this page.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records, for as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years).
- Safety records (removals, strikes, bans and reports), for up to 2 years after the decision, to handle appeals and prevent repeated abuse.
- Content we had to report to the authorities, for as long as the law requires.
- Crash reports and analytics data, for up to 14 months.
If you never signed in
Then your game lives only on your phone. Our servers hold only anonymous records, such as leaderboard times, likes and reports, linked to a random player ID and not to your name or email address.
To delete them, open Mosaico and choose Settings > Delete my data. This removes the anonymous records from our servers.
If the app is no longer on your phone, write to privacy@mosaicopuzzle.app and include your player ID, which the app shows in Settings.
Backups in your Google Drive
Drive backups are kept in your own Google Drive, not on our servers, so deleting your account does not remove them. To remove them, open Google Drive on a computer and go to Settings > Manage apps > Mosaico > Options > Delete hidden app data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
